Clean, tidy, very friendly and helpful staff.
Was my first time here the nurse (I believe she was) upon arrival gave me a leaflet about healthcare plan for my kitten.
The vet was late about 1 hour (which wasnt an issue) as the nurse was feeding me loads of info that I didnt even know about my Kitten.
Once the vet arrived very straight to the point with all questions I had. Very friendly and caring towards my kitten.
As I was leaving nurse asked me about pet insurance which I didnt even know existed very informative and wasnt not at all forceful about it told me I was covered for 4 weeks for free after that Id have to pay which was great and actually quite surprised that theyd do that. Booked my next appointment in 4 weeks! Very quick and efficient.
Overall great service, great attitude & atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
