This will be a very sad review. I have my cat and dog at the veterinary and I was always more then happy with the service till now. I tried to order a yearly prescription for advocat spot on for my dog and I was told I need to book appoitment with the vet and pay for the visit before I can obtain the prescription which costs on top of the visit ,my dog is registered with them and they saw him 6 months ago. I was told I can buy advocat from the clinic that cost twice as much .Last year I could come with my dog weigh him and pay for prescription only.What is going on, someone can explain to me ?!

Im not even a customer here but I found an injured stray cat and called Fitzgeralds. The lady who answered the phone said they couldnt take the cat unfortunately due to it being close to closing and then closed Sunday so nobody to look after it, but she was so helpful anyway, and put me in touch with a charity who could help me. If thats the service for someone who isnt even a customer then I reckon its a pretty good place to take your animals.
