Hi I just bought two tubs of Ben and Jerrys ice cream from you for 11.98. One tube is fine but the other has ice crystals and you can see that it has previously been melted. Im home now and cant return it tonight as I dont have a car. Can I send you a photo of it so I can get a refund as I do not want to risk getting Listeria. They were purchased at 19:59 today. Can you give me a number so I can call and speak with someone. Thanks Received a full refund. Many thanks!
