        I came to pick up my BRP card but it wasnt there. One of the staff was very helpful and told me to report the issue online.

        Went to this post office the other day on Tuesday 11th, April 2023 to return a package that weighed no more than 1.25kg. I was given a postage cost of 11.15, with no alternative options, which I found was strange. The return package was going back to sender at Lancashire, BB4 9BB. The post office is based in Catford, and I'm 5 mins away/ a mile in Catford. On Wednesday 12th April, 2023 the same package was delivered to my house, even though the box clearly had my return address as from and the delivery address as to. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. Their attitude stinks and they lack hood customer service.

        Terrible service. I took a parcel in to be shipped and didn't notice that the woman behind the counter typed the wrong postcode on my receipt. Now I have no proof that I have sent the parcel. AVOID AVOID AVOID! You ask for the cheapest postage for a small second class parcel and you dont realise until you leave that they have charged you first class postage price.
