I joined Back on Track early Dec 2022, at this time I was experiencing hip pain which I put down to years of running. After two sessions with Back on Track and online guidance with resistance bands I was pain free. No re-occurrence of pain in 5 months. Strength training has immensely improved my core strength and posture. Encouraging, supportive group.

Borderline magical - I have seen Paul twice for neck-pain-induced headaches that no amount of painkillers or massage would shift, and left there a new, painfree person. Plus, appointments are easy to book and everyone is super friendly.

I highly recommend Back on Track Physiotherapy in Catford. I was treated by Esther and she was brilliant. Not only did she really listen and had reassuring knowledge at her finger tips, she also treated me with care and incredibly sensitivity.

I am so grateful for the service received. My 13 year old daughter was suffering from pains in her legs probably since she was 2. For many years it has been fobbed off as growing pains, which it probably was at the start. The lockdown and not going to school was the only time she was pain free that she remembers. So you can imagine the number of times we have been through NHS and been told there is nothing wrong. A complete meltdown by her in April and yet another referral was booked for January this year. Well in desperation we visited Back To Track in September 2022. I just could not wait another 4 months. The first appointment my child's eyes light up as if to say 'this dude knows his stuff' and 'he believes me'. The improvement was immediate, and the second appointment made was just so that all was addressed as there were several pain spots. The result was a small imbalance in muscles that was identified and easily corrected by few exercises and my child has been pain free ever since. So two right appointments to sort out years of pain. I wish I knew about them years ago.
