Thank you Mr. Wagne Your Customer service is Best. I bought from this JD store one Hoodie. That was Faulty. I have lost my Tag but I got reciept. One of sales Assistant refused to Refund. But Mr. Wagne help with this issue. Good Respect Man. Thank you

If I could give ZERO stars I would, DISGRACEFUL management at this store. Thankfully, I used my initiative and called head office whilst in store to challenge his stupidity, otherwise i would have wasted my time and money traveling to another store all because the store manager of this branch doesnt have any brain cells or training in customer service. Absolutely Shameful. Going by the other reviews this is clearly a regular occurrence and needs to be reviewed ASAP.
