        Went to Halfords Autocentre in catford this morning to attend a booking for wheel alignment 14/03/2023.Received reminders to attend including one yesterday. Arrived at the centre went to desk book my self in.The guy said wait here.He then went round the back spoke to another team member came back and said we cant do it today due to the technicians called in sick.I took a day off to get this done not even a call to say we cant do it.Seem to me the garage was full of car and team members.Bunch of liars judging by their review the technicians always sicks.I phoned customer complaint and still waiting for a reply by from the regional manager.Poor service stay away.Will go somewhere elses.
