        Conveniently located with a good selection of cards and gifts for various occasions. Some of the staff were not very helpful, but most things are labelled so one can usually find what's needed if no help is available. It would be good to have additional staff tidying the displays as quite a few cards were in the wrong location when I visited.

        Absolutely love this store. Its my local store and the staff and management are always friendly, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit plus the store is always stocked.

        Poor customer service and bad attitude. On Sat 26.11 and asked if I can get one helium balloon filled. The assistant told me that they have little helium left and they can't do it. The manager just pointed NO to me from a distance. It was the case of them not wanting to do it, despite me explaining that it was my son's birthday party that day. Wouldn't want to go back to this store.
