Good location to park Riddled with pothols and really big puddles after some rain I parked during the day but still did not feel safe as there were people parked up, drinking, playing music and generally being disruptive. There was a parking attendant who did nothing other than stand right outside my car until I paid for parking.

The meter was out of service. The phone line was not manned. An automated service that was not programed to deal with humans complications like " what do I do if parking meter malfunctioning " that's a impossible concept for robots. The human traffic wardens were dumber that the robots. No reasoning ability. We had to leave the car park and sought more suitable parking. That's some of the poison that is killing off the high street shopping and preventing customers from supporting the local shops. My alternative parking was at one of the giant superstores nearby. Their parking facility worked.
