        Friendly, helpful drivers. I had a furniture collection today, I was kept notified days before about my collection and today. Good communication about letting me know when my collection would be made. No problem collecting from the 2nd floor with no lift, so I was very pleased that everything still went ahead. Good service, only complaint is a few times I did try to contact the store and send an email I wasnt able to reach anyone otherwise very happy with the service today.

        Organised a furniture collection and sent pictures of 14 items donated to this charity. Box move arrived today and informed me they could only take a mirror. Really disappointing considering the amount of communication that was sent to them.

        Ordered on monday items worth 50.I.e delivery 30.items 20.last monday.had message saying cancelled delivery.due to no petrol.still waiting wensday.for new delivery date still no reply.not
