I recently bought a home through this company and the whole process, from start to finish, was appalling - AVOID AVOID AVOID! The owner was rude and aggressive to myself, my surveyor and my solicitor trying to manipulate me (on several occasions) into buying the property without the correct paperwork in place. Even when the deal went through and I collected the keys, I was told to wait outside in the rain until he had finished his staff meeting - truly shocking experience, I will never engage with any member of this "company" again.

This the worst agent state aver they will just waste of your time and try to rob you never ever go with them and don't trust them they will take you reservation fee and never give you back . One of the worst service in the U.K.

Very bad agency and tha manager is so rude I have 2 years problem with them plus not respect contract come abused on tha house with out permission I goin to call police next abuse and I call solicitors dont use this agency is so unprofessional

As tenants, the service has been excellent, in complete contrast to our awful previous renting experience. The team always respond to emails the same day, and any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly- often within 1-2 days. Amity have a great contractor Alfred who has fixed every issue we have had, and there has been regular maintenance visits. Recommend.
