The guys here were all really good. We initially contacted a number of estate agents for the sale of our property and found Hunters provided the best, most detailed sale information and really took the time to talk things through. They were friendly and professional throughout and kept us up to date as the sale progressed. I would highly recommend Hunters based on our experience with them, thanks again for all your help.

We had a great experience with Jennill, she was so helpful the entire process and made sure everything was clear and she even checked up after we moved into the property! She went as far as coming to the property and helping us move our sofa in on a Sunday whilst it was pouring down with rain! Jennill went above and beyond for us during the entire process and we are so grateful.

This branch gives the worst service to clients. The flat was damp until the walls are black, water dripping down the sides, condensation at its highest level, pipes in roof burst with water gushing in flooding the two neighbours next door. No gas or electric or hot water since September 2022. Yet the property is deemed fit to live in by this company and member of staff who is supposed to be looking after the property. They do not care about clients but but the landlord first and the money that they are collecting. Landlords cover up damp paint and rents in the summer when the damp doesn't show. Hunters support this terrible BEHAVIOUR.STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.!!! Hunters Catford minus 100% for customer service and duty of care to clients. Dear Richard :Thank you for responding and it is good to realise that you know who I am. I have supported my friend from the beginning. Made polite phone calls and sent responsible emails to your company: despite change of staff. I went to the Catford office to collect the keys and the staff member told me the property was liveable once electricity and water is turned on. Once I saw the state of the property I further contacted her and she stood by comments. It wasonly when the council got involved that verbal response appeared to be going in the right direction. Again I have evidence including pictures and dates so you can support your staff when poor judgement and decisions were made. Everything I have written is the truth. Do Not Respond as you have made your position quite clear.

Ed and the team at Hunters Catford were excellent to deal with throughout the sale of our house. They were always quick to respond and clearly work very hard. We chose them for their straightforward, realistic and personal approach and they gave us sound advice along the way when the housing market was less than ideal.
