The Estate agents and our Landlady withheld some important information about the house we moved into regarding the neighbours and the noise they make. When I came for a viewing the both commented about how "quiet" the house was. We were deliberately misinformed so that we would agree to move into the property. They will be incredibly charming just to make sure they get you to sign the dotted line.

Looking for a new home is stressful enough, but then a spoke to Devonte from the Catford office he in my mind went above and beyond. sent me new properties and made videos as I did not live at the time in London. He is a true agent kept in touch and on point in communication skills :) made my experience with him a delight and all the staff that I spoke to were super helpful. Victoria

I mentioned dss in all my messages and only on the day of the viewing was I told I need a guarantor. They had a whole week to communicate with me about all this. Everyones time wasted.
