        This department does not exist and should not be listed on Lewisham Council Website, I have wasted my time calling this team for 2 weeks and even left my number as prompt ed for a call back, still no response no call back. Its a Scam and someone needs to be done, I will be submitting a complaint and hope other satisfied customers do the same.

        They should consider closing this entire department down and starting from scratch with clear policies and procedures in place so that the department can work effectively; in my opinion, the current operation of this department is a mess.
