        I sent them an enquiry regarding my social housing case and they were happy to respond and take all the details, telling me they are happy to help, however the minute they heard legal aid they told me they cant help. This has happened on 3 separate occasions moral of the story is, if you dont have any money to pay up front they are not interested. I was given their details by a social worker

        Be warned I approached the solicitors regarding housing disrepair.I should of reported them to the SRA. They advised they could help and then they backtracked . I was left in the lurch. Hayley Jack is not professional and its sad they behave this way. I was told they cant take my case due to my landlord doing works and its not viable. I took the case to court myself and found a new solicitor because I was left with no solicitor because of you. Please take note future clients
