We were lucky enough to be introduced to Parker Arrenberg Solicitors. As first time buyers, we were nervous and not very experienced. Kirstie Edmondson was absolutely amazing! So friendly and clear and caring. She works extremely hard. We really did feel very safe. The first property we tried to buy, the seller pulled out for their own personal reasons. Kirstie was very supportive and reassuring and we knew we would rely on her again very soon. The second property we tried to buy, the seller by chance had Kirstie as his solicitor. We allowed him to keep her because we knew she would do such an amazing job and we trusted her. We thought that if he had Kirstie, the speed at which she works in would ensure a successful purchase but again the seller pulled out for his own personal reasons. We attempted a purchase one more time but at least this time we had our Kirstie back! Seller pulled out again. We were really starting to feel unlucky at this point. But Kirstie didn't get fed up of us and remained positive and reassuring. Forth time was lucky. And I am not exaggerating when I say that Kirstie did a tremendous job throughout. Especially at the end. She exchanged and completed so efficiently and quickly. We could not have been in safer hands. Her communication was outstanding. We really are so lucky to have had you as our solicitor, Kirstie. Parker Arrenberg Solicitors are very lucky to have you. You are an amazing human and are fantastic at your job. Thank you so very much for your hard work and care. We will be forever recommending you to anyone who is hoping to buy a house.

Have used this firm for a lease extension and conveyancing transaction over recent years and been very happy with the level of service from both Kirstie, Faye and their teams. Both very quick to return calls or respond to emails. Would highly recommend.

We have used Parker Arrenberg for a lease extension and family wills recently. We were very satisfied with the service given: we were kept closely in touch with progress, without needing to chase; any questions we raised were answered clearly and promptly; the charges were in line with initial estimates, and very reasonable; at the end of each process the documentation was dealt with efficiently and the position was clearly explained. I would have no hesitation in recommending Parker Arrenberg to anyone with similar requirements.
