        I worked here as the ward doctor, absolutely fantastic team and Elysium were a brilliant company to work for. The staff cohort are wonderful across all disciplines, all management both local and head office based were approachable, the most important aspect for me was career progression, and never did I feel unsupported in this aspect. Management empower their staff and this leads to key skills development that have allowed me to feel confident in continuing to new challenges, this is primarily attributed to an MDT that gives all staff members a voice in ensuring brilliant patient care. At Bromley Road Hospital, staff and patients work together and in mental health this is key in progressing as a patient and as a clinician.
