        I was moving house and my gardener cancelled on me - but I rang Austin and he was there the very next day! Lifesaver! He was super professional, thorough, kind and understanding. He provided text/call updates about timing of arrival and when he was close to mine (which provided great reassurance given I was moving). It was an absolute delight to work with Austin.
