        Just received an apparent 175 order of champagne and flowers ordered by friends in Florida for my mum's birthday. Champagne, not even, is 8.95 Iceland bottle of sparkly wine and the flowers were mediocre at best.

        So very dissapointed to spend 175 on a best friend's 70th Birthday present and got a cheap bottle of Iceberg champagne and small bouquet of flowers that weren't even colours that I had specified. Will be phoning tomorrow to demand answers
