        I had an unexpected phone call from this business, whoever called me hung up, I called 1471 and was answered by the rudest woman I'd ever spoken to. She obviously doesn't know how 1471 works and denied calling me, started asking me if I was mentally unwell and eventually hung up on me. I was horrified to find out they are a service provider for people who have mental health and learning difficulties. If that's their idea of a front line service I don't have much hope for their clients
