Your Favourite Frame

When looking for a photographer, you want to get it right. After all, photos are the one thing you have to look back on for the rest of your life. We searched through several photographers until we were finally introduced to Phil from a close friend who knew him prior to our engagement. I was told he was a perfectionist which is one of the reasons hes so good at his job. When initially speaking to Phil on the phone we instantly clicked and our ideas bounced off each other. For someone whos quite self conscious of a natural photo Phil kept his patience and made sure i was happy with the moments he likes to capture (and also took plenty of the same frame to make sure my eyes were open on at least one of them!) My now husband and I had a short engagement due to family illness and in the little time we had, Phil went out of his way to get to know us all. He also made sure our 3 year old daughter was familiar with him so she wouldnt be shy on the day. He was not only a photographer but a wedding planner, a helping hand, someone to vent to when I was stressed and just an all round problem solver. You can tell how passionate he is about his job and his attention to detail is amazing. Our wedding day was effortless all thanks to to Phil, our wedding venue and bridal party working together as a team. 6 months on and were still reliving our day as if it was yesterday xx

Phil was the photographer at my brother and sister in-law's wedding back in September last year. I have never ever known a photographer to go above and beyond the way that Phil did. In the lead up to the wedding, which was all very short notice Phil visited my brother's family home and got to know them as people and as a family and more importantly he gained my 3yr old nieces trust so that on the wedding day her smiles could be captured by a familiar face and someone she knew to be fun and trusted. On the day of the wedding Phil created photo opportunities that lead to the most amazing photos, capturing beautiful staged photos but also the most amazing natural moments when you think no one is watching... Phil is always watching and has an eye for 'the perfect moment'. Not only is phil a fantastic photographer but he really is the most friendliest and genuine person. You will not be disappointed if you book Phil for any event you have but particularly weddings as he was part of one with my family x

What a superstar Phil is. A caring and compassionate person who took amazing photos and generously donated his time, via GIFT OF A WEDDING for my terminally ill daughter. Every photo was amazing, the photos he took have given us lasting memories of this super happy day. I cannot thank him enough and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting their special day captured forever. Thank you Phil x

I've known Phil for many years and have seen his passion for photography. When it came to my wedding there was no doubt about it , I was going to use your favourite frame. All the way through, Phil was amazing. Even helping with other aspects of my wedding and things I may have forgotten! Like any bride I was anxious on my wedding day but Phil was amazing. I hate having my photo taken but Phil made it so relaxed and took his time, making sure he captured everything he knew he needed and went the extra mile to make sure we had lots of memories of our day! Thanks to Phil we have the most amazing photos and memories of our day.
