The quality of Simon's work grabbed us from the moment we found his website - his photos stood out well above the many other photographers we searched through. Simon was a pleasure to work with, from our first meeting over Skype onwards - relaxed and calm yet clearly professional. On our wedding day he was unobtrusive, preferring to blend into the wedding party and capture the moment (as is his style), rather than taking over and dictating staged photos (as so many photographers do, unfortunately). We are utterly thrilled by what he has achieved - stunning photos, in both black & white and colour, of even the smallest moments, capturing the real essence of the whole day. As part of the package, you get all of his photos in print quality and one of his packages includes a photo album - we have really struggled to narrow down our favourites as there are simply too many! If you like the journalistic style of photography, we really cannot recommend Simon highly enough.

Simon was able to capture our wedding day perfectly. Our album tells the story of our day and shows everyone having the best time which is all we could ask for. The emotion and love he manages to capture in an image is remarkable. If you are looking for a photographer who will watch you enjoy your day without hundreds of formal photos and photograph the story of your day, look no further.

Simon was amazing, he captured the essence and story of our wedding. We particularly didn't want the huge amount of posed shots leading to us missing out on a special part of our wedding day and being away from our guests. We have the most wonderful wedding album with beautiful pictures of the wedding party and our guests. Special, funny and precious moments captured in both black and white and colour to set the mood and show the beautiful venue and it's surroundings.

Simon photographed my wedding in 2013 at Temple Island. I looked through a lot of photographers before booking Simon and found his work really stood out from the crowd, I wanted the day to be relaxed and informal and so didn't want to book a photographer who would be in our faces all day. Having seen a couple of weddings he had photographed at Temple Island we knew he was the right choice for us. On the day we hardly noticed Simon, yet in the photographs we can see he managed to be at the heart of the action. Our wedding photographs make us laugh and cry with emotion, Simon caught all of the emotion of the day and we are truly grateful to him for giving us wedding photographs that allow us to remember exactly how we felt on the day. Our wedding album arrived about 8 weeks after the wedding and is stunning, every page tells a story. All of our family and friends commented that it's the best wedding album they have seen and I know two of my friends have since booked Simon for their own weddings, hey Simon, perhaps you should pay us a commission for recommending you to all our friends ;-)))
