They cancelled our service without telling us.
Only found out because we called to see where they are.
Thet Did NOT contact us but claimed they had. Group had NO missed calls or messages. Left us stranded. Asked to make a complaint. Put me through to "management" where the call was cancelled. Tried to do this three times.
They eventually, after 30 minutes trying to sort it out, said they would take us... for twice the agreed price.
Had to rearrange with aa different service, Alcos in Rushden. They offered us the service we were originally promised with Brian's for half the price.
Can not express how dreadful the service and customer support was.
If you are prebooking for a group and you can use a different taxi service. Then do!
