Phoned to get a free no obligation quote which was hassle free - however the quote took several days and several attempts at chasing before being given. Quote was reasonable and I chose to accept the quote given however communication on when the job would start was quite vague. I paid 50% and waited for an update. Several messages backwards and forwards to try and get a clear picture ensued. In the meantime I was given a more competitive quote and decided would be easier to go with another company so asked for a refund. I was told I could have a refund minus 5% the total charge for coming to give me a quote. When I then said if that was case please proceed with the job as I didnt want to lose money just to have a quote I was then told i would need to pay for the full amount or they wouldnt do it. In the end I said you have my deposit if you want the job please update when you can start if not refund me my full amount. I then revived a message saying Refund paid. Do not contact me again. Maybe I am wrong in this but when spending quite a bit of money you want it to be right. I imagine this company would be ok as long as you have no questions and dont get anyone else to quote as well.

Absolutely brilliant service, someone was with me within 30 minutes of my call and I was in the house with new keys ten minutes later. Lovely staff and so helpful.
