Great team, both Lisa and Alan are really friendly and helpful, and lovely finish to the work. Really happy with it all! Had wet walls, a new bath/shower unit, toilet, basin, taps, radiator and flooring installed. Also a small storage unit created too. Good flow of communication with Lisa prior to the start date with options for each item and costings to keep me informed, and then a high quality of work carried out by Alan. Love my new bathroom. Would recommend Aqua Access to anyone and will have them back if I want anything else done in the future.

By far the best company to use when you're getting anything done to your bathroom. Lisa and Alan are very professional and friendly, communication was outstanding with all the emails and questions from me was always answered promptly. Unfortunately can only give 5* but in reality would be 10 +. Thank you for the work love my bathroom. Had new bathroom fitted a few years ago had a problem with toilet cistern and got a Plummer out who was horrified at the fittings,. He couldnt get to concealed unit as was behind a panel which he had to cut through to access tank. He said he had never seen such an awful job. Silicone had been used where it wasnt needed and in general he was horrified atvwork Service: Bathtub installation
