        Definitely a 5 star service received!!! Jeremy was always punctual, polite, very efficient and professional. Had issues with fluctuating and intermittent hot water (mainly) in the shower and ineffective heating. This problem had been ongoing for over a year - previous engineers were unable to solve the problem. Jeremy carried out an inspection, identified the fault within an hour. Boiler was serviced, a fault report produced, and heating/radiators balanced. Home's all nice and cosy now - Thank you for the great service
