        I had a really lovely assistant help me track down my prescription, I was very distressed as I was running out of my prescription. She was helpful, informative and got me my prescription in time. Absolutely 10/10 service!! My prescription got sent to London, so this was no small issue for me. She was lovely and all staff there at the Higham branch are lovely 10/10

        Prescription in on the Monday Friday Lunchtime still not ready. This Pharmacy is very often closed and there seems to be no system more than 4 items its sent away to be dispensed! As they carnt cope. Needs a good shake up.
