Dan is so amazing! I really cant fault him. Not only have I got a great PT but also the most supportive friend. During sessions he pushes me to help reach my personal goals and hit new PBs and also provides super helpful advice. He is also always open to talk and advise outside of sessions. I feel fully comfortable to talk to him and open up, knowing there is no judgement. Dan has had a such a good impact and I really appreciate all his efforts.

I have been having personal training sessions with Dan once a week for the last 5 month. Dan is extremely knowledgable in his area of expertise and is a great PT to use if you are looking to build your confidence in the gym. Dan was able to gain an understanding into what I wanted to achieve in the gym and designed a set of workouts which have enabled me to achieve my goals both during PT sessions and training at the gym on my own. As a dancer, I have always been active and into my fitness, but Dan has taught me to step outside of my comfort zones in the gym and has helped me to gain confidence in myself and my abilities. Dan is always professional yet approachable and makes me laugh a lot. I always look forward to my PT sessions. I would recommended Dan to both beginners and those who are familiar with working out. Thank you Dan for everything! I cant wait to see what targets I reach for over the next 5 months

I went to Dan after a diagnosis of a fatty liver, high blood pressure and generally lacking energy or motivation to do anything about it. I tried fad diets with little success. Dan gave me a structure to work with and never demonised any foods and as a result I've lost weight, my blood pressure is "normal" ive gained energy and started to shed the middle aged spread. I now look forward to eating different healthier foods, look forward to my weekly gym sessions with Dan and am looking forward to achieving more goals in the new year. I honestly couldn't recommend Dan any more, he is the most non judgemental, positive and generally a nice chap and if he can motivate me he can anyone!
