Great shop ,friendly staff,collected online order,quick and easy ,shame its closing down ,when I asked why, its because greedy landlord wants more rent ,such a shame it has a very good range of fair priced ,good quality outdoor clothing ,not overpriced like most of the other stores at the centre

Bought a backpack and then manager insisted to go and bring me one from the back which would be new and flat, she came back saying there is none but instead she changes the one i gave here from display with another one wich had missing labels, i did not realized at the time but when i ve checked it at home i ve seen the stiching on the top handle was out. I m pretty sure that this has been done in purpose. Now i'm 20 miles away and need to drive back and return it. Thanks a lot for that.

Good prices, the customer service was fantastic, the store manager spent at least 30 minutes with me helping me with my purchases. A really good experience, I wish all shops had this level of customer care, well done Regatta the manager in this store is a real credit to you!

Quality place to shop and work, very easy to communicate with staff members about all wants and needs. Manager is understanding on whatever you request.
