Sinead McGowan Osteopath

Having suffered with lower back pain for sometime, after my first visit Sinead pinpointed what the problem was instantly. With professional treatment and a course of specific exercises which I have to do regularly, I feel so much better. Sinead gives excellent advice and I wish I'd gone to see her sooner! I went to see Sinead as I am recovering from a rotator cuff operation and have also been suffering with back pain due to sciatica. Sinead has worked on the problem areas and has created an ongoing exercise plan to enable me to strengthen my shoulder and back at home. I am still seeing Sinead so she can continue to advise on the best way to help with my recovery. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

Went to Sinead last week with a list of issues that have been bothering me. Some only weeks and others going back a few years. Sinead came highly recommended from my other half and she definitely lived up to the hype. Sinead was very thorough from start to finish and she is very knowledgeable and what makes it all the better is that everything is explained in a straightforward format. Given the list of issues I was only expecting a few to be looked at, I was wrong! Felt great afterwards and more importantly I have followed the aftercare advice of S&C along with the stretches and have already noticed a difference after a game of rugby. Will definitely be using Sinead from now on.

Visiting an osteopath for the first time, you are likely to be both in pain and also somewhat wary Of whats in store Sinead was just fantastic! professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allowed me to feel calm, I was in good hands throughout my appointments Most importantly, of course, she really knows what she is doing. Still visit for my little check ups and small adjustments.. Sinead,Thank you again for a accepting me as a patient ,fixing me & getting me back laying bricks

We went to Sinead for our 8 week old boy who had recently had a tongue tie division, we were told he had a tight jaw so would need body work to help. Sinead was not only professional and knowledgeable but was also empathetic and caring, I felt that we were all in good hands and really appreciated the advice Sinead gave and the information she provided on our little boy. I came away from our session feeling positive and happy that Sinead had done an amazing job, I would definitely recommend anyone in the same situation to visit her and if I need any further work in the future for me or my family I will 100% be returning to Sinead.
