        Care homes are bricks and mortar, its the care and loving attention given to the residents that gives them a good rating. I have seen this given in abundance from all the staff, regardless of their position, from the manager to the handyman, from kitchen staff to the laundry ladies. If I needed a care home and could go in Victoria house, I'd be a happy man.

        This care home is incredible. Mum was in there for 15 months before she died but she was so loved and cared for here. Every worker there is truly so caring. Not just for the residents but for family too. Just brilliant
