        Great company, great service, great shoes! Had to send them back from Austria to UK, DHL wanted to charge customs and tax again, although paid already and mentioned on all documents. Thanks to Gemma and her supporting Emails we could convince DHL that no charges were due anymore. Took some time with the call centers to get the right person who understood the case... Thank you Sanders & Sanders for exchanging on warranty without discussion and taking care of the correct shipping process.         Beautifully made, fabulous customer service before & during purchase as well as when they need new soles etc, they come back looking new. They aren't cheap but they are worth every penny & more. British Made at its best.
