Just back from an afternoon at Flipout - we misunderstood some of the age restrictions and my youngest wasnt allowed in without an adult. Unfortunately I was unable to go on for medical reasons but the staff were really really helpful and managed to find a solution for us. Gemma in particular was fantastic and are sure we were able to enjoy the day as planned. The kids absolutely loved the afternoon and are all totally shattered now, which is a great sign. Thanks again for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Trampolines are good. Whole place is dirty. On Easter Friday the place is quiet. It is expensive especially as you have to pay extra for socks (2.50 per pair) Lockers are 2 or 4. The kids have fun but you get through a lot of cash when you are there.

2 stars only because the kids liked it but the whole experience was not great, The issue arose from us wearing Trampoline socks from a different venue and were told we would not be allowed onto the equipment without purchasing the "green" ones. We explained that the grip was better on the ones we were wearing but no movement or understanding, This resulted in about 4 members of staff speaking to us and explaining the same thing, which we had to go around in circles multiple times, in the end we decided to just let the kids play, I refused to be forced into buying "our merchandise". Maybe me just sticking to my own principles too much but felt it was over the top from the staff. If the socks are mandatory and have to worn then include them in the price and deduct it from the price if you bring your own.
