        Terrible company to deal with. The rep ignores your messages so you have to constantly chase him up. Whenever I send an order to him it's not acknowledged so I never know if he's seen it or if I'm going to get it. Accounts staff are quite abrupt too. It's like they don't want your business and if I could get particular items elsewhere I wouldn't deal with them

        Tried to get quotes for large quantities, communication absolutely dreadful, have to constantly send reminders, god knows how they manage to keep a client base with this sort of customer service.

        Bought a purse from them and only used for less than 3 months before the clip on the purse pulled away from the backing. I sent them an email with photos showing the clip but they never acknowledged or replied to me. Poor quality goods , avoid them .
