Really great service. Helped us to quickly navigate through a tricky sale where the buyers solicitor was horrendous. Provided regular updates and was always willing to spend the time to walk us through our concerns

Much better than they were. Kate is on the ball more than they were. If low cost is your aim they are better than most out there.

Do not use!!! They are extremely slow. Will ignore your emails, refuse to take your calls, if you want to be able to move in a decent timeframe, that just isnt going to happen - currently sat waiting after 6 months and still havent been close to exchanging. Ive never dealt with such unprofessionalism, they are completely negligent. Had to chase constantly from the time we decided to go with them, started off before signing amazing very quick responses, to now going weeks chasing with no answers. It just seems they simply do not care and everything will be done in their time which by their time, always shifting the blame onto others and cant simply pick up the phone or respond to emails. Appalled by this whole experience. My next step is going to the legal ombudsman to file a complaint about the abysmal service.
