1 star is far too much if I'm honest- after waiting 1 year to have my stairs plastered, we finally get an appointment about a month ago for today. No surprise to my-self at 8.25am I get a call from Ian Williams to say my appointment has been cancelled and rebooked in for the end of April. After booking a day off work. Once again this is lack of commination from Ian Williams and Longhurst as their work team were due to start work at 8.00am and I wasn't informed until after this. Surly your work force are made to call in before their jobs are booked in to inform you that they are ill!!!!! Once again let down by you and your team. I have never known anything like how your company and there contractors work..... Communication is the key Longhurst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can you not reply to their comments. I have already done what you have advised and still awaiting the repair. By the looks of things you copy and paste reply's to the tenants.

The most useless housing association ever. They push you from pillar to post to avoid answering questions. It takes ages to get anything done. Now I'm told they have to cut my garden down to fit a few fence panels, tried to find out what is going on and suprise suprise nobody has an answer for me.
