A Touch Of Frost Limited

Ben came to me as my "second opinion" after the previous engineers couldn't seem to get the job done. He tried everything to get my boiler working, and when he couldn't (due to the previous work), actually contacted the other engineers on my behalf to get them to fix what they had done. Went above and beyond in my opinion, would happily go to again.

We found Ben through a quick Google search, and we contacted him in regards to a boiler. He came out and gave us an honest opinion about a short term fix or a long term fix and weighed it all up with us, once that discussed he was prompt in getting the work done and communication was great. Made sure we was aware of everything going on and just an all round honest and trusted guy. Will continue to use Ben for any future jobs!

Ben was recommended to us, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Our boiler was making loud noises and we called him out. An early start on a frosty morning followed to replicate the fault, sadly Ben condemned it as unsafe. That very same day a replacement was ordered and it was installed two days later.by Ben and Paul. Both gentlemen are highly professional, polite and explained clearly what the problems were and the work required. Excellent communication throughout and first class service, thanks guys.

Ben what can I say! You've been a godsend over the last few weeks, especially over the Christmas period, and this latest cold spell. With all your other commitments it would have been easy to make excuses but from the moment the boiler stopped working you've been helpful every step of the way from the initial call through throughout all the subsequent visits (to check were ok and have heating etc) you have been amazing...clear, patient and reassuring throughout and still haven't charged us a penny. Wish there was more people in the world like you!!
