Shocking! My parents had trouble with a door purchased from them. Kept getting told they would order the part and that they would ring back... "don't worry it will be fixed before Christmas" waited weeks and no contact from them, kept chasing every week. Gave in in the end and found someone else to fix it. I suppose small jobs don't matter once they have had your money! The quote was accepted and they were told the parts were on order as stated above after waiting for a confirmation date and chasing all the time each time being told that they would order the parts which were already supposed to on order, they gave up in the end and told you not to bother. Shame really as they as they always used you. Door was fixed within a week by someone else

Scott and Lee were brilliant. They worked fast and were kind and considerate. I had a window taken out so I could fit my large bed headboard through as it wasnt getting up the stairs. Scott and Lee hoisted the headboard up to the 1st floor via a ladder like it was nothing. Thanks so much Colin at Commerce windows and for sending these great lads around to mine for this job. Well done.

We had new windows and doors fitted 6 months ago and I can say we are very pleased with the results! From start to finish the process was smooth. The fitters were excellent and worked around our puppies. The house is much warmer and we are now using less energy. We would highly recommend!!

This company did some work in the house next door to my property in Wellingborough and damaged the external socket in our shared alleyway. Commerce Windows accepted responsibility of the damage on site and agreed to have it fixed but when they completed the work they never repaired it. I've chased this company many times and they continue to promise to fix it but 5 months later I've still have no fix. The neighbor also confirms that he's been contacting them to fix with no joy. So watch out if you're looking at using this company, their workmanship, quality and customer service is incredibly poor.

Really surprised by the previous reviews I had 10 windows installed in a 3 storey property just after Christmas and the service, work and product used were excellent.
