        First class service. Good quality product, installation was carried out efficiently and on time. Installer was extremely professional and the house was left spotless after he finished. Can recommend them, and will use them for any future window replacement.

        Aftercare is non-existent. One of the two springs on a large sash window Prestige fitted in 2017 has become detached. The one spring doesn't really support the window which drops like a stone if you open the catches. I went in and asked for help in January and have had several email interactions but zilch in terms of any help. I told them I'm willing to pay, I'm not claiming warranty or anything.
