My Dentist

I have visited my dentist Zhwan Muhamad and her assistant Joyce which she is a dentist too, they did welcome me , she asked me a few questions than she start her treatment, she have done an excellent job as always do, she always followed my treatment, I would love give her 10* if I could. I cannot recommend or thank IDH enough. I was in extreme pain and had an emergency appointment the same day. My condition worsened and the next day, once again I was seen as an emergency straight away. They gave me treatment there and then and even called me the next day to see how I was. I found the experience quite traumatic, having a phobia of the dentist for many years, I would not have been able to get through it without the kindness of Marie who was an immense support. Very kind and thoughtful staff and I will be returning, despite my phobia

I rang this morning and spoke to to Linda who was absolutely fantastic this young lady gave me an appointment even they are super busy and not many dentists there but Linda was helpful and kind so thankyou

Wow !! I cant thank Dr zhwan enough I went for a routine check up, she had noticed a tooth that was slightly wobbly, she took an X-ray I made my way home . With in An hour I received a call from her asking me to go to Kettering hospital for a bigger X-ray as she could see a shadow. She also referred me to the maxi facial to review this X-ray. I went the following day for my X-ray, received a call that day to see a consultant the following day , a large cyst was detected growing in my jaw bone from molar to molar which will need surgery I have just had a CT scan and awaiting consultation. The speed in which this has been addressed is beyond impressive all under the care of NHS . I rarely have need to go to the doctors or treatment with the dentist and I read a lot of negatives about NHS care, I feel truly thankful that my experience has been excellent with my dental practice and Kettering hospital .
