Im surprised by the reviews so far. I have been there for five years and have never experienced anything like this. The staff are professional and friendly, my dentist is the absolute best. I have never even felt my injections, the root canal work (never a pleasant experience) has been totally pain free. My dentist takes the utmost care.

They obviously do not seem to care, my husband went to the dentist for a check up with no problems, came away in pain tried to make an emergency appointment for the morning, after taking a day off work with no pay and they would not see him until the next day which meant another day off work - and they still want to charge!! and he is still in pain

I've been with them for several years. I've had good continuity of care, been offered simple tips for good mouth health, and been pleased they've set out ranges of options with pros and cons rather than trying to sell me treatments I didn't need. They provided good help urgently when I needed it being cautious, realistic and responsible.

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. I went in with pain and had had a headache that has gotten progressively worse over 3 weeks. I get told they need a second opinion and I'd hear back by the end of the week. I never heard a thing. Shocking service and incredibly rude when you're there. Still in pain but I'll go to another dentist for help.
