    I'm a tenant for Muir Housing Group. Kier are contracted with Muir to provide Electrical and heating services among others. We have contacted Muir Housing to resolve electrical and heating issues in the house for the last 3 months. We've not had heating nor hot water for the last 4 weeks. Kier engineers have visited multiple times, taking pictures and recommended a boiler replacement as this is an emergency. Kier have ignored the fact about children in the house and the cold weather and are not taking any action to resolve this. Muir and Kier have both acknowledged the case as an emergency, social workers have also witness it. So far no action is taking place.
