        Avoid like the plague. The staff (including the manager) were rude, condescending and clearly do not understand customer service. Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever walked into.

        Absolutely terrible service. I asked for an extra hot coffee, but was given a tepid one (at best!) Then when I addressed it, was told that it was indeed hot. I asked politely for it to be made again. When the batista remade it, she chucked it down and said 'here.' So incredibly rude. Won't be revisiting.

        A lovely lady member of the team saw that me and my husband were waiting for an ambulance for my 4 month old baby and came over to get us drinks and to see if there was anything they could do to help us. Thank you so much
