We are having a 50th Golden Anniversary in July which is going to be very special meeting up with friends and Family. Averil was absolutely incredible, she put so much time and effort into designing and making our wedding cake. She went above and beyond with the detail and the flowers she made looked insanely real. Averil made our wedding cake and absolutely went above and beyond! After 2 cancelled weddings due to covid, we started planning a microwedding but had lost much of the excitement and motivation. Averil's energy and passion got us excited again! It's clear she loves what she does by how much effort she puts into each cake and the final product certainly reflects that. Our cake had sugar peonies on it and our guests were shocked when I told them they weren't real flowers! If you are considering using Averil to bake a cake for you, do not hesitate! She will do an amazing job!!!
