        Frozen a family members account without notifying them that they did it. Something to do with a transaction. No one contacted them from their headquarters find out what was happening. I should app that this family member is power of attorney to a grandparent of in her 90s. Nationwide has frozen her account has well. She lives in a village and cant drive to the bank to sort this so she cant access her money. Again not informed by the bank about this at all. I was going to write this review on nationwides headquarterss but I cant find what I need about that. This really has caused so much stress in my family. Im glad I dont bank with them if this is how they treat customers.

        Im fed up with being told 3 times already that you can withdraw 5 from the machines when I tried that and you cant. I want to do it with the bank cahsier as I am the customer. I dont want to come back and be advised to use the machines as I like to do it with the bank cashier please. If I want to withdraw money this way I have every right to use the option I want. I dont want to keep being advised on it as it stresses me out. I hope this dosent happen again.
