New owner, new start, great service and value

Showed up 20 minutes early (when I was on my school run), started taking measurements without waiting for me, didn't ask what type or design we wanted, Kind of take it or leave it approach. Very rude when we asked about new designs incl. pleated curtains. Mr. Bryan that is, stay away- there are plenty of professional people out there, even Hillary's were cheaper.

Reading up on their first review, I thought was little unfair and totally opposite to my experience which I would like to share. I had my whole house refitted with vertical and venetian blinds all supplied and fitted by White B E just over 9 years ago. At that time, we looked around and chosen them over the others due to their knowledge of the product, quality, professionalism, promptness and value. 9 years on and the blinds still look in very good condition. The fitting was done to a very high standard which I can tell as whenever I need to take the blinds down before redecorating, they come off and back on with ease. The best one being the vertical blind for the bay window which is a perfect fit. I always go back to their shop, as I have done this weekend, for items for the blinds which needs replacing due to wear and tear and they have always been friendly and very helpful. I have recommended them to my friends in the past and will continue to do so and if I need to replace any of my blinds they will always be my first port of call.
