Awful experience. Totally ignored my brief. Kept us waiting for months, and what he came up with I honestly think was a copy and paste from another job as was totally unsuitable. Clearly only interested in getting paid.

Jon Sidey was great at designing my conversion. He listened to us and gave constructed comments to improve on our ideas.

This was the only company that charged for the initial consultation visit and gave the worst service.shame. I made an online enquiry initially and got no response for 2 days so I then called to gain contact. I made a booking and was told it was 40 then 2 mins later it was 50. A quick laugh and an apology no huge issue. Agreed happy to pay and was visited a few days after as agreed. I took time off work to make the appointment. The meeting went well and it was agreed we would receive a full quote for services. A week later I had heard nothing so I sent a polite mail asking if I could have the promised quote I also highlighted I would like to appoint the contract swiftly.I received no acknowledgment what so ever. I allowed a few days to pass and given that they had not responded in any way I started to investigate other options assuming Sisley just werent interested. I be found two other local companies neither charged for the initial consultation and I had both quotes within 48hrs of their respective consultations. I took 24hrs to review those companies historys and other projects and appointed one of them the next day.they are now working on our design options. I received Sidleys quote a day after appointing the other company. The quote was competitive to be fair but it had taken a full 2 weeks and no contact between even with me chasing no apology for the delay or explanation. I simply replied that I had now given the contract to some else and for them to send the invoice for the consultation fee of 50, they didnt seem to care why they hadnt got the contract. Sidleys invoice arrived and its now 60 (50+vat) this was not made clear in the original booking however I have paid on the same day as received.as it was in the booking confirmation email. My fault I should of read it more carefully but since the lady I booked with got the price wrong and then corrected herself I felt it was 50 agreed was the total figure Jon on his visit was good an I fear may be unaware of the poor service that ultimately cost them my business, I have offered for him to contact me to discuss but I again have heard nothing maybe the message isnt being passed on. Sorry for the long review. In short, I had to chase to get a booking, they arent sure what they charge for this, they dont mail you back,and dont seem to follow up.they are the only ones that charged and the only ones I had to chase. Save your own time and look elsewhere if you want an organised professional experience. The other 2 companies were miles better. Blueprint in Raunds and Harbur design Wellingborough.
