I messaged Mark late one evening to arrange a viewing on a car. He messaged back that evening and we arranged everything. I went to view the car a couple of days later and I was given a good amount of information relating to the car and its history, warts and all. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from WSC.

Arranged an appointment to view a car only to be told it had been sold a couple of days later! Very poor communication as I tried to see the car sooner and had finance in place. One star is generous!

No confidence in warranty, he will not pay for any work under 3month warranty.

THE WARRANTY WAS HONOURED after we had a problem with the car shortly after buying it. We broke down with a fuel injection issue as it turned out. Mark sorted the issue out immediately, booked it into his garage and two days later the issue was fixed, paid for and sorted. It was really bad timing for me and I was concerned I'd be left without a car so I was really relieved it was dealt with so fast by Mark. Here's my review on Autotrader: "We highly recommend West Suffolk Cars; Mark is genuine, friendly and professional. He made the whole process of buying a car very easy and was very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole process was a pleasure. It's his own business so he is genuinely engaged in wanting to provide a top class service and is very knowledgeable about cars having been in the business for so long. We have been really pleased with our purchase and would go back to Mark first, next time we are looking for a car."
