Had a new boiler installed in March and from beginning to end, NRM Heating we're extremely professional and great to work with. They talked us through our boiler options and other work that needed to be done. The quote arrived the next day, and Neil arrived 2 days later to complete the work. Neil was extremely polite, professional and tidy. The kitchen looked like we hadn't had any work done in there at all! Neil was friendly and very willing to answer any questions we had. Shortly after the installation, all our documents and warranties were emailed over to us by Wendy! And that was is it, done! Couldn't recommend this company enough, fantastic experience! We recently used NRM for our boiler replacement. From our initial enquiry through to installation we found the service exemplary. Neil was professional, pleasant and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. The office staff were efficient and got back to us quickly with any queries. Couldn't be more pleased than I am with NRM. Neil is polite, skilful, effective and trustworthy. If he'll travel to Lichfield for smaller jobs I'll have NRM do all my plumbing work. They fitted my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 15Ri fully and when they'd finish, other than a shiny new boiler, you'd not have known they'd been. The heating in my house is better now than when I bought it, the system was power-flushed and rads balanced all as part of the job. On top of that my 8-year warranty became 10 because NRM spotted an offer for an additional 2 years that I didn't even know existed. They dealt with the whole thing. So, so pleased, my highest recommendation.
