        I contacted this company on the evening of the 22nd Dec to try and locate a rainbow unicorn teddy my daughter had seen a while ago but when my husband went back for it, it was gone. Greg Lynch was extremely helpful and made contact with me on the morning of the 23rd Dec (also the day they were closing for Xmas) he went above and beyond to ensure my daughter received the unicorn! I cant thank him enough! Hes made my 3 year old little girl the happiest girl!! Thank you! Very fast response times, very efficient and the teddy is amazing quality! Im extremely grateful and very impressed with the service I received.

        I don't recommend this company. Their stock levels for special occasions are awful, their bills very difficult to follow, errors that take ages to sort out and a bullying tone from head office staff. There will be better out there.
